Preparing for Pyramus and Thisbe

It's time once again to prepare for our charter school's upcoming Oral Language Fair.

Two years ago, kiddo memorized an excerpt from My Family and Other Animals. This time, he wants very much to present a shortened version of Pyramus and Thisbe from Act 5 of A Midsummer Night's Dream. This is one of kiddo's favorite scenes from a Shakespeare play and we are working together to see how best the scene can be shortened to the stipulated five-minute limit. We are also having fun watching different renditions of this particular scene courtesy of YouTube.

Bookmarking the version we like most so far: from Moshinsky's 1981 production.
