June Reading

The kiddo's been reading one or two new finds from the library and rediscovering lots of old favorites.

Half Magic by Edward Eager

Sir Cumference and All the King's Tens: A Math Adventure by Cindy Neuschwander

You Wouldn't Want to Be a Shakespearean Actor! by Jacqueline Morley

The Bad Beginning and The Reptile Room by Lemony Snicket

James and the Giant Peach and George's Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl as well as Roald Dahl and His Chocolate Factory (Horribly Famous) by Andrew Donkin

Disease: The Extraordinary Stories Behind History's Deadliest Killers by Mary J. Dobson

  1. Oh those are great choices! Similarly my kids find some of their old favorites during summer too!

    Enjoy your summer!

  2. Thanks for stopping by! Yes, the Roald Dahl and Unfortunate Events books especially get re-read a lot around here. Sometimes we have entire Dahl or Snicket patches of carpet at home :P
